a combination of mainly thyme, sesame, and sumac.  Some blends may have other herbs (oregano etc.) , less or more sesame and sumac.

Yogurt is always my choice.  Even with Tacos or Chili instead of sour cream. More tangy and healthier.  Tangine, similar to chili, from North Africa and Morocco is commonly made with a legume/bean just like chili.  Commonly made with garbanzo.

Cut your vegetables and fruits

Sautee/Stir-fry your onions, apples, and carrots

Good Snacking Apple, Dates, Carrots, and Onion, Large chunks are good.  This one will simmer a while.

Then add your diced tomatoes, harissa sauce, chicken stock. Simmer till tender, Add pulled fried chicken, dates, olives, peppers, and capers. Stir gently simmer again till desired consistency.
